    Can I rent out my apartment as a holiday home?
    Only existing owners with a valid Vv licence have the legal option to use their apartment as a holiday rental. Sand Club no longer allow the issue of Vv licences, as voted by owners at our 2023 AGM. Owners letting their homes as holiday lets without the licence are at risk of large fines.
